The Baxter PW2E-40.5D full-height insulated roll-in proofer cabinet measures 99 1⁄2 inches high, allowing users to insert two single ends, three single-side loads, or one double rack (not included) with ease. This unit comes fully knocked down and can be constructed via cam lock attaching. The body is fully made of durable stainless steel for a structure that’s dent, scratch, and corrosion resistant. This proofer incorporates foam insulation and gaskets for an energy-efficient enclosure.
This Baxter PW2E-40.5D insulated roll-in proofer cabinet features a simple-to-use, center-mounted control panel. It is completely eye level and enables users to preset temperature and humidity levels as needed.
