Baxter PW1E-34.0"D Description
This Baxter PW1E-34.0D full-height insulated roll-in proofer cabinet ships fully knocked down. This design is modular with a cam lock attaching configuration for simple setup. This unit utilizes foam insulation and gaskets for heat retention, reduced operational costs, and energy efficiency. Inside, the unit is constructed with nonmetallic bumpers on all sides to reduce damage when housing single-end or side-load racks (not included). This roll-in proofer cabinet's interior and exterior are made of stainless steel for durability. Users should note that this cabinet has no-floor once assembled.
At the center of this Baxter PW1E-34.0D proofer cabinet is an internally mounted center-placed control panel that enables both humidity and temperature adjustment, which is great for proofing rising yeast dough. This control panel can preset four individual timers for ease of use. The 1⁄2 FNPT cold water connection supports operating pressures between 30 and 80 psi and grants proper draining.
