Baxter OV520G2 Description
Featured to the left of the Baxter OV520G2 rotating oven's door is the Smart Touch™ controller; here, operators can program a maximum of 100 recipes and gain access to the unit's standard features. These features include the six-step roasting/baking and energy-saving idle mode. The diagnostic center monitors the unit's operation and displays discrepancies via the indicator lights and on the display.
The Baxter OV520G2 rotating rack oven features a smooth floor for fluid movement in and out of the unit and is fitted with an automatic lift to position the rack for rotation; it can hold two racks at a time. The door features a triple-paned glass door to provide a view of the interior, which is lit with halogen interior lighting. For durability, corrosion resistance, and simple maintenance, the unit is built of stainless steel.
