Baxter OV520G1 Description
Featuring a durable, corrosion-resistant stainless steel build, the Baxter OV520G1 rack oven is a heavy-duty unit ideal for high-volume applications. It's fitted with a Smart Touch™ digital control panel that can hold 100 programmable recipes and features several standard actions, such as the automatic on/off feature and six-stage roast/bake setting. The diagnostic center displays discrepancies via error codes.
The Baxter OV520G1 rack oven is fitted with a hood with plenum and a single point vent connection, enabling the unit to be self-contained. The door is built with a triple-paned window providing a view of the interior for monitoring, while the automatic lift positions racks for rotation. Operation of the unit requires a natural gas connection.
