The Baxter OV500G2EE gas rotating oven rack facilitates simple management and operation via the side-placed control panel, which provides users with 99 customizable running cycles. These changeable settings include time, steam, fan delay, and vent settings, and users can also preset an automatic on-and-off time. After the selected cycle has gone through all its steps, the unit enters a holding mode that pulls down temperatures to reduce operational costs while preserving food freshness.
The Baxter OV500G2EE gas rotating oven rack measures 72 inches wide by 95 1⁄2 inches deep by 104 1⁄2 inches high and holds two single oven racks or one double oven rack. The built-in rack-lift function packs, lifts, and maneuvers rack accessories for user ease. The halogen lighting and three-pane glass panel doors provide an interior view so users can visually monitor food. The glass panel features a low-E design to help this unit reflect heat inward for even cooking. The exterior is made of stainless steel for durability and corrosion resistance, while the top-mounted, fully fire-sealed vent reduces smoke.
