Baxter OV500G1EE Description
A simple-to-use control panel on the side of the Baxter OV500G1EE gas rotating oven rack grants multiple functions, such as an on/off function, auto on/off timer, pre-setting temperature, and a fan-delay feature. Users can also select between 99 pre-programmed menus/recipes for straightforward operation. After the baking cycle, the unit goes into standby mode, which is a separate holding mode with its own pre-set temperature range. Users should note that all recipes are customizable; the oven defaults to the recipe zero setting when turned on. This unit has a heat output of 180,000 BTUs.
The Baxter OV500G1EE gas oven rack has a 55-inch width ideal for holding one rack (not included). The unit's auto-rack lift function facilitates simple and efficient cooking. The steam process is fully self-contained and assisted with the 1⁄2 NPT connection. The field-reversible, three-pane glass door features an airwash gap to remain cool to the touch for safe use and operation. The top of the body is constructed with a plenum and single-point vent connection for steam and smoke removal.
