Baxter OV500E2 Description
With an overall width of 72 inches, the Baxter OV500E2 electric oven rack can hold two racks for preparing high volumes of product. It’s constructed with a single three-pane, field-reversible door, which enables users to visually monitor the food’s cooking progress. This unit’s stainless steel construction is durable, corrosion resistant, and simple to clean. The flush floor is ideal for easy, ramp-free access. The fully fire-sealed hood atop the unit reduces excessive smoke and steam during use.
A simple-to-use control panel mounted on the side of the Baxter OV500E2 oven rack features a total of 99 programmable menus to streamline operation. This control system features four-stage baking, automatic on/off control, and a cool-down function for convenient operation and management. When idle, this unit saves energy and will quickly reduce the oven to stand-by temperatures. 3-gallon-per minute flow rates are supported via the 1⁄2 NPT connection.
