The Baxter OV500E1 electric rotating oven requires a 1⁄2 NPT connection for proper installation. Its maximum water usage is 4 gallons per hour, and the water supply must have a hardness of two to four grains per gallon. The front of the unit features a simple-to-use control panel with 99 menu options, four-stage baking, automatic on/off control, and a cool-down mode. When in idle mode, this unit saves energy and minimizes operational costs by reducing the oven to its stand-by temperature. This control system features a built-in safety precaution that warns when the rack is jammed inside the body.
Through operation, this Baxter OV500E1 rotating oven rack’s three-pane, field-reversible stainless steel door stays cool to the touch. The airwash gap constructed with the door provides another safeguard to minimize burn hazards. This 55 inch-wide unit can hold a single rack that features an auto-rack lift to streamline operation.
