Baxter OV320G Description
Ideal for establishments utilizing limited space, the Baxter OV320G convection oven measures 48 inches wide by 38 inches deep by 48 inches high. It's made of stainless steel and is designed for durability and corrosion resistance. The oven is fitted with an electric Smart Touch™ controller that can hold 99 different programs and comes with standard features such as an automatic on/off setting and energy-saving dormant setting.
To provide a clear view of the food inside, the Baxter OV320G mini convection oven features two independent doors fitted with double-paned windows. Inside, the carrier rotates to cook evenly; between uses, this carrier can be removed for cleaning. Operation of the unit requires a natural gas connection, and a stand, which isn't included, is required for use.
