Featuring a compact design, the Baxter OV320E mini rotating convection oven is an ideal addition to locations with limited space. The unit measures 48 inches wide by 38 inches deep by 48 inches high. It's built of durable, corrosion-resistant stainless steel. For proper installment, the oven requires a separate purchase of a stand, with various options available depending on the location's needs.
The Baxter OV320E convection oven is operated by The Smart Touch™ digital display with touchscreen controls. It can hold 99 different programmable settings and is equipped with presets for automatic shut off, dormant settings, and bake/roast settings. For easy maintenance, the heating elements are removable.
