The Baxter OV310E mini rotating convection oven operates electronically and is ideal for moderately busy establishments working with limited space. A base is required to secure the oven and is purchased separately, meaning operators can choose the option that best suits the needs of their business. For durability and longevity, the unit is constructed of stainless steel, while the doors are fitted with double-paned glass to provide a view of the food inside.
The Baxter OV310E convection oven is operated through digital controls, which can be programmed with 99 settings. It comes equipped with various system functions—such as an automatic on/off and energy saving sleep settings—for additional convenience. The steam system is self-contained and is fitted with removable heating elements for easy maintenance.
