Designed for large-volume prepping operations, the John Boos UFBLG7224 work table measures 72 inches wide by 24 inches deep. Its top is made of 18-gauge stainless steel—an affordable alternative to thicker gauge options. With this level of durability, the table is best used for manual prepping, such as chopping, mixing, and dressing ingredients by hand. The top's front edge has a stallion design that's rounded and comfortable to lean against, while the sides are turned down 90 degrees to support flush placement against the wall. The rear table edge has an upturned design that help prevents messes from reaching the back wall.
