The John Boos ST4-2436SSK work table from the ST4 series provides a reliable prep surface with additional storage for busy kitchen environments. Measuring 36 inches long by 24 inches deep by 35 3⁄4 inches high, the flat top is constructed of 14-gauge, 300-series stainless steel with a stallion safety edge on the front and back and 90-degree turndown sides. To ensure strength and stability, the top is reinforced with a box channel understructure and sound-deadening tape. Stainless steel legs support an adjustable stainless steel undershelf for convenient storage, while stainless feet with adjustable bullet feet allow secure leveling on uneven floors.
