To streamline preparation, the John Boos SNS11 maple top worktable provides users with a built-in undershelf for storing tools such as cutting boards, strainers, and mixing bowls. Made of stainless steel, the table's legs and undershelf are durable to resist dents, scrapes, and rust during heavy use. Sealing the table's wooden top against moisture and enhancing its antimicrobial properties, it's finished with penetrating oil.
- 1 3⁄4-in.-thick edge-grain top resists scratches and nicks
- Long-lasting northern hard rock maple
- Penetrating oil finish seals the wood
- Antimicrobial protection inhibits bacterial growth
- Satin finish stainless steel base and bracing is 18-ga.
