Made of edge-grain northern hard rock maple, the John Boos SNS08 worktable's top is antimicrobial and resistant to scratches and nicks from sharp tools such as knives, graters, and skewers. To provide add storage for prep tools and ingredients, this table includes an adjustable undershelf made of durable stainless steel. Ensuring an even work surface, users can adjust the table's 1-inch stainless steel bullet feet to level the top.
