At 1 3⁄4 inches thick, the John Boos SC003-O work table top offers the strength needed for regular kitchen work. Its penetrating oil finish helps condition and protect the wood to extend its lifespan. Made of northern hard rock maple, the top uses an edge grain flat surface for durability. It is constructed of full-length edge grain outer rails and butt-jointed interior rails, and the design is non-reversible. The rectangular top, sized at 60 inches long by 24 inches deep, offers ample workspace for a variety of kitchen environments.
