Constructed of northern hard rock maple wood finished with penetrating oil, the John Boos SB009-O work table top is ideal for kneading dough or prepping vegetables. It measures 48 inches wide, 30 inches deep, and has a thickness of 1 3⁄4 inches. To protect against the growth of unsanitary bacteria, it's treated with an antimicrobial agent.
