Ideal for single-compartment sinks that don’t require swinging alternatives, the John Boos PBF-4-S-LF splash-mount faucet is built with a rigid spout. Providing a clearance for ingredient cleaning or hand washing, this spout is 3 1⁄2 inches. Its handles have clear indicators that show water temperature, and when the user twists the handle, the cartridges control water flow. Because they're made of ceramic, these cartridges resist corrosion in water that might have chemicals.
