The John Boos OS-ES-1896 single economy overshelf is made of economical, 18-gauge stainless steel—a thinner alternative to 14-gauge stainless steel. This piece of equipment measures 96 inches wide by 18 inches deep by 19.5 inches high. All its edges are designed with a square turndown and its uprights measure 1 1⁄4 inches round. The overshelf stands 18 inches high when mounted on tabletops.
