Ensuring the John Boos DSS07 baker's table is stabilized, it has adjustable side and rear bracing. Its bullet feet and legs are stainless steel to resist corrosion, and the top is made of antimicrobial-coated Northern Hard Rock Maple. Keeping the surrounding area and the wall clean, the top's rear and ends have a 4-inch coved riser. The undershelf provides a place for additional supplies to be stored nearby.
