U-Star USCB-36 Description
Holding temperatures between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit, the U-Star USCB-36 refrigerated stainless steel chef base distributes R290 refrigerant to create a balanced environment for backup ingredients. Inside the 5.9-cubic-foot base, two drawers accommodate two full-size and six sixth-size pans, while polyurethane insulation enhances cooling consistency. The compressor slides out for quick troubleshooting, and its 730-pound-capacity top features a V-edge that contains debris to the surface to promote a clean workspace. Measuring 36 1⁄4 inches wide by 32 inches deep by 25 3⁄4 inches high, this self-contained unit moves on four 4-inch locking casters for convenient relocation.
