Imperial IHPA-4-24-E Description
The Imperial IHPA-4-24-E electric hotplate has four round burners with flat surfaces and diameters of 9 inches. This maximizes their contact with pots and pans and simplifies cleaning. After food has been cooked on the burners, chefs can plate it on the 5-inch landing ledge.
With its stainless steel sides, front, and top, the Imperial IHPA-4-24-E electric hotplate is shielded from scratches and rust. Its infinite heat control knobs are made of cast aluminum and covered with a heat-resistant grip. This hotplate can be mounted on a countertop and its 4-inch-tall legs can be adjusted.
