Imperial IFS-75-OP Description
To streamline cleaning, the Imperial IFS-75-OP gas deep fryer features an open-pot design and a large cold zone that collects sediment. It includes a fine mesh crumb screen as well as two nickel-plated fry baskets. By using a snap-action thermostat, operators can adjust its temperature between 200 and 400 degrees Fahrenheit. This floor model has a 75-pound capacity and measures 191⁄2 inches wide by 38 inches deep by 441⁄8 inches high overall.
The Imperial IFS-75-OP commercial fryer is ideal for cooking fried chicken, french fries, fish, hash browns, and more. Its control panel is protected with a heat shield to reduce the risk of burns, and it features a 100 percent safety shut-off valve. Made primarily of stainless steel, it's strong and highly resistant to rust and corrosion. This unit is powered by natural gas and has a total output of 150,000 BTUs.
