Manitowoc Ice UYF0310W Description
The Manitowoc UYF-0310W NEO™ undercounter ice maker is suitable for installation under counters and next to other equipment due to its compact design and lack of clearance requirements. Depending on ambient air and incoming water conditions, it can produce as much as 293 pounds of half-dice ice cubes—often used in soft drinks—daily.
The storage bin in this Manitowoc UYF-0310W ice machine can hold 100 pounds of ice at a time. Its food zone is sealed to prevent contamination and made accessible by the slide-up door. Bacterial growth is slowed because the internal components are made with an antimicrobial agent. The unit includes an intuitive control panel with a delay function and service button.
