When ambient air is 70 degrees Fahrenheit and incoming water is 50 degrees Fahrenheit, the Manitowoc Ice UFP0200A ice maker with bin produces 272 pounds of flaked ice in 24 hours. Flaked ice's irregular shape can be packed around fish and produce, securing it in place while cooling it. To accommodate large volumes of ice, its bearings have a high-load design that requires little maintenance to prevent operational lag. Ice can be stored in the 50-pound ice bin located beneath the unit. For direct access, its door can slide open.
Because it's an air-cooled unit with a self-contained condenser, the Manitowoc Ice UFP0200A ice machine is simple to install. This machine measures 19.69 inches wide by 25.98 inches deep by 37.50 inches high—compact enough to save space in cramped areas. The bin's legs can be adjusted between 4.5 and 6 inches to account for irregular flooring and reduce wobbling.
