Manitowoc Ice UDF0310A Description
In a day, the Manitowoc Ice UDF0310A NEO® ice maker produces as much as 286 pounds of dice ice, depending on the ambient air temperature and incoming water temperature. The lower these levels are, the more ice the unit will produce. Ideal for cocktails and beverages, the dice ice cubes are 7⁄8 inches by 7⁄8 inches by 7⁄8 inches, melt slowly, and can be stored in the 100-pound capacity, insulated bin. Ice is accessible through the slide-up door, and the operator can delay ice production during slow periods.
For cleaning access, employees can slide the bin off the base, while its food zone is sealed and has removable parts for thorough cleanup. Additionally, AlphaSan® antimicrobial agents slow bacteria growth on components that touch water. Enabling installation next to equipment or against a wall, this Manitowoc UDF-0310A Neo undercounter ice machine intakes and releases air from the front.

Looks and Runs great
Product is used for small gatherings at our Church
Needs to be larger - rep recommendation was to small
EXCELLENT UNIT.... But, talking with the rep it was not clear the unit would not hold enough ice. Making 295#/day is great. A 120lb bin is to small especially when the last few bricks slide off and lay on the "full flipper switch"... great unit, needs more bin or offer a spacer to get the evaporator 4" above the 120lb bin full mark.... Don't get me wrong, LOVE THE UNIT !!!!!
