The Manitowoc Ice IYP1000-261/SFA292 Indigo NXT™ ice maker with dispenser has an air-cooled condensing unit that uses a fan to blow cool air over the coils, chilling the refrigerant and removing heat from the evaporator. This process freezes water and makes half-cube ice, which is ideal for drinks and bagged applications. It takes up more space in cups and saves money on beverages but melts more quickly than full cubes. In 24 hours, this ice machine can make 971 pounds, an amount that can be programmed based on desired volume or operation time.
A touchscreen display facilitates ice machine operation, and removable components support cleaning. Select parts have an antimicrobial agent that slows bacteria and fungus growth.
