Manitowoc Ice IDT1200W/SFA292 Description
An acoustical probe uses sound waves to measure ice thickness in the Manitowoc Ice IDT1200W-261/SFA292 Indigo NXT™ ice machine with dispenser, ensuring batches are consistent. Each ice cube measures 0.875 inch by 0.875 inch by 0.875 inch, so they are perfect for beverages, however their large surface area does not cool liquids quickly. Every 24 hours, the ice machine head can produce 1,078 pounds of ice, and this amount is programmable based on a desired amount or operation time.
A water valve is built into the Manitowoc Ice IDT1200W-261/SFA292 ice maker with dispenser so it can dispense ice and water. It is made to accommodate large containers, which makes it perfect for filling hotel buckets. The dispenser has a rocking chute mechanism that prevents ice from spilling out of the unit. If ice does overflow, the drain pan catches it before ice falls in the floor.
