MoTak MSD-142-A Description
The MoTak MSD-142-A ice cream freezer includes a rear drain that removes pooled condensation to keep the cabinet dry. Equipped with locks, the two sliding glass doors restrict access after-hours, while preinstalled casters simplify transport between stations. A mechanical thermostat regulates temperatures from -11 to 10 degrees Fahrenheit. To prevent thermal fluctuation, its R290-charged, cold wall system works alongside foam insulation.
Measuring 29 1⁄2 inches wide by 21 1⁄2 inches deep by 31 inches high, the MoTak MSD-142-A freezer contains two PVC-coated wire baskets inside a 4.2-cubic-foot cavity. Coved corners eliminate sharp angles, and the white finish creates a bright backdrop for colorful frozen treats. Featuring a manual defrost function, this unit melts ice from the evaporator to restore proper airflow.
