Operating from 33 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit, the 5O7O MEWR-72-A worktop refrigerator's digital controls perform automatic defrost cycles to curb frost accretion. A self-contained, rear-mounted system circulates R290 refrigerant for reliable cooling and reduced environmental impact. Measuring 71 3⁄4 inches wide by 30 1⁄2 inches deep by 41 1⁄2 inches high, its 430 stainless steel exterior moves on 4-inch locking, swivel casters and doubles as a work surface for convenient prep. Protected by three self-closing doors with recessed handles, the 19.6-cubic-foot aluminum cavity prevents ambient air intrusion, while three plastic-coated steel shelves arrange ingredients into neat segments.
