Omcan 44472 Description
The Omcan 44472 bakery case has three levels to display fruit pies, cheesecakes, and other refrigerated baked goods. Its chrome-plated shelves are adjustable to accommodate different products, while its LED lighting enhances the display to encourage impulse buys. To maintain product quality and ease operation, this unit features a ventilated cooling system and automatic defrost. Its refrigeration system is self-contained for quick installation without plumbing.
A mobile unit, the Omcan 44472 refrigerated merchandiser is furnished with four swivel casters; two of these casters have brakes to secure the case in place when needed. Its exterior is made of stainless steel—an easy-to-clean rust- and corrosion-resistant metal. To reduce environmental impact, it operates with eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant.
