To merchandise pastries, pies, and cakes, the Omcan 44471 bakery case is built with three levels totaling 9.53 cubic feet of interior space. Its stainless steel exterior is corrosion resistant and easy to sanitize, while its self-contained refrigeration system is simple to install and doesn't require plumbing. To facilitate mobility for service or cleaning, this model is fitted with four swivel casters, two of which have brakes to lock it in place when needed.
