Omcan 42154 Description
Designed for placement on a counter or tabletop, the Omcan 42154 dough sheeter measures 88 inches wide by 36 inches deep by 24 inches high. Its fixed-speed conveyor moves dough through the adjustable rollers to flatten it into a uniform sheet, and longer sheets can be transported using the removeable roller pin, which automatically collects the dough as it's fed through the machine. Because temperature and moisture can affect the length of the belt, its tightness can be adjusted to ensure the surface remains taut. This unit has an 11-pound dough capacity to process large batches while minimizing labor. To save space when not in use, this unit sports a foldable design.
Durable enough to endure high-volume use, the Omcan 42154 dough sheeter is constructed of stainless steel—a strong, rust- and corrosion-resistant metal that can be wiped clean between uses. Its rollers can be adjusted manually, are equipped with preset roller thickness controls, and turn at a rate of 124 rolls per minute.
