The Omcan 39494 Santos® 50 juice extractor is designed for high-efficiency juice production, capable of processing approximately 105 7⁄10 quarts per hour. Featuring a large basket with a fine 1⁄2-inch sieve, it ensures maximum juice extraction and high yield. A centrifugal action mechanism efficiently separates juice from pulp, while the automatic pulp ejection system streamlines continuous operation.
For user convenience, the Omcan 39494 juice extractor includes an extra-wide 3 1⁄10-inch feeding chute, enabling whole fruits and vegetables to be processed without precutting. The exclusive Ezy-clean™ system enables quick disassembly of the removable bowl, basket, and cover without the need for tools. A silent motor makes this unit ideal for front-of-house juice preparation, while built-in safety features, including motor braking and an electric cutoff, enhance operational security.
