Its inner pan prevents food from sticking to the sides to simplify serving and reduce product waste; after use, it can be wiped clean. The handles built onto the pan's sides are comfortable to hold when removing and transporting the pan. Between uses, the inner lid can be removed and washed to prevent cross contamination.
