Zojirushi NYC-36 Description
Simple to operate, the Zojirushi NYC-36 electric rice cooker is powered with a single switch control. Its pot can accommodate as much as 20 cups of cooked rice, and after rice is cooked, the unit automatically switches to a keep-warm feature to hold product at ideal temperatures until it's served. For cleaning and maintenance, the unit's inner lid can be removed and scrubbed, while a side condensation collector captures any water spillage.
The Zojirushi NYC-36 electric rice warmer's exterior is constructed of rust- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel, suitable for prolonged use in a commercial establishment. To prevent food waste, a nonstick coating in the pot's interior prevents rice from getting stuck to the sides. It also includes an extra-large spatula that facilitates stirring to mix in seasonings and further prevent sticking.
