American Range AF-35/50 Description
Equipped with 6-inch chrome-plated legs that adjust to match neighboring units, the American Range AF-35/50 NG AF stainless steel fryer measures 15 1⁄2 inches wide by 30 1⁄2 inches deep by 45 3⁄4 inches high. It collects debris in a large cool zone to avoid scorching and empties spent oil through a 1 1⁄4-inch drain valve. Holding up to 50 pounds, the TIG welded tank fits two baskets for batch frying. Millivolt thermostat controls enable quick modification from 200 to 400 degrees Fahrenheit, while three natural gas burners generate 120,000 BTU and shut off automatically if the flame extinguishes.

Junk,junk,junk !
I bought this fryer and after 2 months wouldn't lite! Manufacturer sent guy out fixed it happened again 4 more times! Yes 4 company is in California won't even respond anymore. I put it in the dumpster!
