Producing 120,000 BTU, the American Range AF-35/50 LP AF liquid propane tube fryer boosts thermal momentum for fast oil recovery. Its 50-pound TIG welded tank eliminates weak points along high-stress edges, while durable stainless steel housing shields the exterior from light impact and abrasion. Triggered by a millivolt pilot system for sustained flame, the three burners use thermostat controls to deliver reliable heating from 200 to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
The American Range AF-35/50 LP fryer eases routine cleaning with a removable crumb screen that contains loose breading and a 1 1⁄4-inch full-port drain valve that promptly expels oil during filtration. It divides product loads between two baskets for staggered frying. Measuring 15 1⁄2 inches wide by 30 1⁄2 inches deep by 45 3⁄4 inches high, this unit stands on 6-inch adjustable chrome-plated legs to align with surrounding equipment.
