TurboChef CBO-9500-1 Description
The TurboChef CBO-9500-1 high-speed oven features triple-heating technology for preparing a variety of food types; this includes a microwave, turbo air, and contact base. Staff must use the QPad touchscreen controller to set the desired menu item from a set of 40. The unit will then heat to temperatures between 86 to 536 degrees Fahrenheit as determined by the recipe setting. Additionally, the cabinet is equipped with a 12-minute preheat time.
Externally, the TurboChef CBO-9500-1 triple-heating high-speed oven is made of 430 stainless steel with black accents for a stylish design. The interior is constructed of 304 stainless steel and measures 13 2⁄5 inches wide by 13 2⁄5 inches wide. This cabinet is ventless, so it can be placed anywhere in a commercial kitchen.
