The Norlake SSG812-4 Green-Kote epoxy-coated wire shelf kit is designed to hold supplies and products that are light- to medium-weight in dry or refrigerated storage areas. These shelves can hold chilled goods in walk-in coolers and freezers, in addition to dry goods housed in other areas, such as the front of house. Wire shelving enables even air circulation around product, facilitating consistent food chilling in freezers, combating condensation buildup, and keeping food fresh and dry. The epoxy coating on this unit protects the steel wire underneath and it is recommended for environments where equipment will be exposed to acidic products, which can pit steel.
