The Norlake KLF77810-C indoor walk-in freezer is designed for use with the Capsule Pak™ refrigeration unit, which is top mounted. Great for frozen foods, it can maintain temperatures as low as -10 degrees Fahrenheit with these refrigeration units. This 8-foot-wide by 10-foot-deep by 7-foot-7-inch-tall unit ships unassembled, though it's comprised of modular wall, ceiling, and floor panels with interlocking components that ease setup. While the male and female mating rails keep the panels aligned during setup, the cam locking fasteners create an airtight seal to enhance energy efficiency. Each panel is insulated with 4-inch-thick polyurethane that's foamed in place to create a secure, stable structure and provide an R-32 thermal resistance value for the walls ceilings, and door with an R-28 value for the floor. Both the interior and exterior panels are finished with stucco-embossed, corrosion-resistant, 26-gauge coated steel for lasting durability. To accommodate bulk items, the flooring is made of smooth aluminum that can support an evenly distributed load of 800 pounds per square foot; the interior boasts a 473-cubic-foot capacity overall.

Users can simply access the interior through the Norlake KLF77810-C walk-in freezer's 26-inch-wide by 78-inch-tall right-hinged door. For smooth opening and closing, it features cam-lift hinges that can be adjusted in the field. Its spring-actuated door closer and magnetic gasket ensure a secure door closure to reduce temperature fluctuations. The deadbolt handle can be locked during non-business hours to deter theft and tampering. Inside the unit, an LED light fixture positioned above the door illuminates the freezer, and operators can quickly use the exterior pilot indicator light to determine if the light has been left on inside the unit. To ensure contents are held at a safe temperature, a digital thermometer provides an accurate temperature readout. So users can safely exit from the inside, it's built with a safety release mechanism.
