Good size, good weight, dishwasher safe
Other than a slotted spoon matching my silverware, all my serving sized slotted spoons are nylon, warped, and melted on the handle. No matter how I scrub, the nylon utensils seem to have embedded food stains that will not go away. This stainless slotted spoon just goes in the dishwasher and is easily sterilized. Love it.
