Howard-McCray SC-OS30E-5-B Description
The Howard-McCray SC-OS30E-5-B cooler’s hermetic, self-contained refrigeration system uses R513A refrigerant via its expansion valve. The high-efficiency fans provide an equal distribution of cold air, while the electric condensate evaporator reduces accumulated moisture after the air defrost system. Temperatures are adjusted via the electronic controller.
The Howard-McCray SC-OS30E-5-B open-air cooler has a three-level, removable step shelf; the ends can also be removed so additional equipment can be added to the lineup. The body is insulated with thick, CFC-free foam. To reduce energy costs after hours, it ships with a night cover, and the steel structure features a black exterior and interior to complement most established store decor.
