Howard-McCray SC-CMS40E-8-LED Description
The Howard-McCray SC-CMS40E-8-LED endless, full-service red meat case has a 1-inch bumper that defends the base from collisions. Using a gravity and humidity coil setup, its electronically controlled, self-contained system operates in a 34 to 36-degree-Fahrenheit range. Automatic defrosting prevents ice buildup, and a drain channels moisture away from the LED-lit cabinet. Finished in white with a straight glass front, the 100 1⁄2-inch-wide by 40-inch-deep by 53-inch-high steel frame contrasts dark layouts, while foam insulation and double-pane rear glass doors decrease heat transfer. Designed for convenient prep and portioning above the display, this case features a stainless steel worktop.
