The Howard-McCray SC-CDS34N-10-S-LED full-service, double-duty deli meat and cheese case's integrated worktop adds a dedicated surface for slicing, wrapping, and organizing. Built with stainless steel construction, its 120-inch-wide by 34 1⁄4-inch-deep by 55-inch-high frame features an adjustable mezzanine shelf to arrange by type and a storage compartment that frees up cabinet space. LED lighting and a straight glass front maximize product clarity, while double-pane rear doors retain optimal temperatures. Foam insulation lessens strain on the compressor, and a self-contained gravity coil system uses electronic controls with automatic defrosting to stabilize the 36 to 40-degree-Fahrenheit range.
