The Howard-McCray SC-CDS34N-10-LED deli meat and cheese case's 120-inch-wide by 34 1⁄4-inch-deep by 55-inch-high double-duty layout incorporates bottom-mounted storage that keeps extra inventory close. In the upper level, an adjustable mezzanine shelf adds merchandising flexibility, and the stainless worktop supports portioning or wrapping. For gentle 36 to 40-degree-Fahrenheit cooling, its electronically controlled, self-contained refrigeration operates with a gravity coil system. A drain removes moisture from automated defrost cycles, while double-pane glass doors reduce thermal intrusion into the foam-insulated cabinet.
