Lang 172S Description
The Lang 172S electric griddle features smooth stainless steel construction that prevents buildup in seams for fast end-of-day wipe-downs. Crafted for compact countertop setups, its 72-inch-wide by 28 1⁄2-inch-deep by 18 4⁄5-inch-high structure mounts on 4-inch legs to maintain stable elevation. Its 5 1⁄2-inch splash guards reduce spills by channeling runoff into a dedicated grease trough. Individual Selectronic™ solid state controls adjust the six heating elements from 175 to 450 degrees Fahrenheit for low simmering or steady boiling. Topped with a 1-inch-thick polished steel plate, the 72-inch by 23-inch cooktop stores heat to decrease thermal loss as new food is added.
