Measuring 48 inches wide by 28 1⁄2 inches deep by 18 4⁄5 inches high, the Lang 148SC countertop electric griddle provides a spacious 48-inch by 23-inch surface for efficient batch prep. Its 4-inch legs elevate it to a comfortable working height, and Selectronic™ solid state controls regulate temperatures from 175 to 450 degrees Fahrenheit range to accommodate changing cooking requirements. Below the 1-inch-thick polished chrome plate, four elements support reliable heat distribution for uniform browning. A grease trough accumulates leftover liquid, while 5 1⁄2-inch guards limit splashback. Designed for lasting structural integrity in high-heat environments, this unit is made of stainless steel.
