Atosa PCG9-NG Description
The CookRite PCG9 NG pasta cooker has a 9-gallon tank and four baskets for cooking pasta in separate portions. Staff can remove individual servings from two third-size and two sixth-size baskets as they finish cooking. The deep-drawn SUS316 stainless steel tank has a sandblasted, electropolished finish and is welded to the top of the cooker.
The CookRite PCG9 NG by Atosa pasta cooker has manual knobs to adjust the burner flame when preparing pasta. Piezoelectric ignition lights the burner, and a high-limit safety shutoff alerts operators to excessive temperatures. For draining and refilling, the cooker has a water fill valve and a drain valve that releases water from the tank.
