Atosa PCG18-NG Description
The CookRite PCG-18-NG by Atosa stainless steel pasta cooker has a high-limit shut-off that cuts the gas supply if the system overheats. Fueled by natural gas, the two burners generate 92,000 BTU and link to individual control knobs to regulate flame intensity. Its two 9-gallon tanks accommodate separate cooking batches, while piezoelectric ignition produces an electrical spark for fast startup. Adjustable legs stabilize the 31 1⁄2-inch-wide by 35 3⁄7-inch-deep by 44 7⁄8-inch-high electropolished build on uneven floors. Furnished with a manual fill system and a 1-inch drain valve, this unit simplifies water replenishment and discharge.
